The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday accepted a judicial ethics panel's findings that a former Russell County magistrate violated the conduct code for judges when he shared nude photos of himself on a website for swingers.

The court took no further action against Marty K. Clark, who retired May 1 after 23 years as a magistrate. The Judicial Conduct Commission concluded that Clark violated two rules of judicial conduct when he was still on the bench.
