Josh McGinn, policy director for Gov. Laura Kelly, is moving over to the Agriculture Department where he will serve as assistant secretary.
McGinn has been part of the Kelly administration for nearly five years, serving as one of the first employees of the Office of Rural Prosperity and then as a senior policy analyst and deputy director for budget and policy.
As policy director for the governor, McGinn managed policy and the legislative team to support the administration’s budget and policy priorities.
