The Republican Governor's Association has introduced its second ad in the Kansas governor's race, this time criticizing Democratic state Sen. Laura Kelly for raising taxes.
The ad uses the same alliteration from the 2014 governor's race when there was the "liberal lawyer from Lawrence" - i.e. Paul Davis. The ad now presents viewers with "liberal Laura."
"Liberal Laura Kelly has a long record of leading the fight for higher taxes on Kansas working families,” RGA Spokesman David Weinman said in a statement.
