The Kansas Farm Bureau on Friday morning took sides in two Republican congressional primaries, endorsing Jake LaTurner in the 2nd Congressional District and Tracey Mann in the 1st Congressional District.
The Farm Bureau endorsed LaTurner over Republican Congressman Steve Watkins in the GOP primary for the Kanas 2nd District.
Two years ago, the Farm Bureau endorsed Republican state Sen. Caryn Tyson in the Republican primary for the 2nd Congressional District.
Just a couple days ago, Watkins praised Kansas farmers in a post on a Facebook.
