A group of Kansas residents who promote distrust of Kansas elections are forcing the state into court this week as they seek to remove all electronic voting machines and ballot drop boxes for the upcoming 2022 election.
The group of Kansans are asking U.S. District Judge Daniel Crabtree to issue a temporary injunction to force the removal of the boxes and the machines until a "proper hearing" can be held on their lawsuit, which the state characterized as "rambling."
