Kansas Democrats have canceled in-person voting for the upcoming presidential primary with the threat of the coronavirus hanging over the state.
"We will not have any in-person voting sites," state party chair Vicki Hiatt said Monday morning.
Hiatt said Monday the party is sending out ballots to almost 390,000 Democrats for the May 2 primary.
She said in-person voting is just too risky with the spread of the coronavirus, especially after the governor announced a statewide stay-at-home order on Saturday . . .
