Kansas state House candidate Chris Haulmark did not report a loan that he received for his congressional race from one of the women who accused him of abuse.
Haulmark, a Democrat, has acknowledged receiving a $1,100 loan from former roommate Jennifer Carlino.
The loan was not listed on campaign disclosure reports filed when he ran for the 3rd Congressional District seat, records show.
