Former Congresswoman Nancy Boyda is mounting a campaign to return to Capitol Hill nearly two decades after she upset former Republican U.S. Rep. Jim Ryun.
Boyda filed as a Democrat to run for the 2nd Congressional District seat that is coming open with Jake LaTurner's decision not to seek reelection.
