It wasn't a debate in the traditional sense.

But Congressman Roger Marshall and Democratic state Sen. Barbara Bollier on Wednesday night gave Kansas business leaders some insight into how they differ on policy in appearances at a Kansas Chamber of Commerce event in Topeka.

In what the chamber billed more as a conversation, the two U.S. Senate candidates sat for questions with Alan Cobb, the chamber's president and CEO.
