Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Friday morning came out in support of Jeff Colyer in the Republican primary for Kansas governor.
The former Kansas governor's campaign released a video of Sanders giving her support to Colyer in the upcoming GOP primary this summer.
Colyer touted the endorsement on social media as a "major announcement."
Five years ago, Colyer joined with then-Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and others to sponsor a fundraising event to help Sanders become Arkansas’ first female governor.
