The American Civil Liberties Union is asking a judge to order Johnson County to make public a list of voters whose advanced ballots were rejected because their signature didn't match their voting record.
The ACLU's Kansas chapter also wants a list of voters who cast provisional ballots in the August primary in the lawsuit brought against Johnson County Election Commissioner Ronnie Metsker.
Metsker did not return a call seeking comment.
The ACLU filed the case . . .
