A group opposing the election of Supreme Court justices has unveiled its first ad in the campaign on the judicial amendment that Kansas voters will consider in August.
The Kansas Fair Court Fund started running ads June 13 with a total ad buy at this point of about $318,000, although that can change because campaign spending is fluid. It is a nonprofit group that is not required to disclose its donors.
