Republican gubernatorial candidate Philip Sarnecki is combating a mysterious email campaign that started popping up in GOP in-boxes this week accusing him of supporting health care options for LGTBQ Kansans in his business.
He went on social media Friday afternoon calling attention to the email from an unknown source that accuses of him of being a "huge liberal" and a RINO - Republican in Name only.
The email alleges - with no attached documentation - that his company covered the cost of treating transgender Kansans, including surgery and puberty blockers.
"Phony Phil actually celebrated and paid for transgender procedures," the email said . . .
