An extended member of the Kansas legislative family died over the weekend when state Rep. Barb Wasinger's husband passed away unexpectedly while on a trip to Florida.
Thomas Michael Wasinger, 74, of Hays, died Saturday, May 2 in Winter Park, Florida.
Services are pending and will be announced by Keithley Funeral Homes-Brock's Chapel in Hays.
The Wasingers have lived in Hays for four decades.
They are local small business owners and have four adult children: Matt, Drew . . .
