The agency that regulates political campaigns in Kansas is searching for a new executive director for the second time this year with a major election season on the horizon.
The agency, renamed by the Legislature as the Public Disclosure Commission, posted an opening for a new executive director on the state's career portal website.
The current executive director, Wade Wiebe, could not be reached for comment. A staffer at the commission's office said he was out of the office and would not comment further.
