Republican state Rep. Carrie Barth of Baldwin City is resigning from the Kansas House as she moves out of the district and she and her husband tackle new life challenges.
"This was a tough decision as I love serving the people in Kansas House District 5," Barth said in a letter to the Kansas secretary of state.
