Gov. Laura Kelly offered up her next-to-last State of the State speech Wednesday night, presenting a vision for tackling the state's challenges awaiting the next 75 years.
"Since I’ve been in office, we have built an incredibly strong foundation for our state – Kansas has never been in better financial shape.
"Responsible, steady governance has earned Kansas recognition nationwide for our economic achievements and for our education . . .
