The lobbying firm 1861 Consulting is joining up with a national strategic government relations firm as part of an effort to strengthen "its core team with new resources" to further improve client services.
1861 Consulting is now folding under the umbrella of Catalyst, a Kansas City-based firm that provides government consulting services in Missouri, Texas and California and was founded by Danny Pfeifer and Greg Porter in 2007.
