Good morning everyone:
Well, that was a week. Twenty stories in all — a new weekly record — as we raced around the Capitol tracking as much as one person can. Felt like a hamster on a wheel. It's never good to complain about a storm of news because, you know, in a couple days we'll be grousing for not having enough. We left the Capitol at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday. It was a tough call: return to the Ramada, or hit the interstate and head home. We chose the latter, and it wasn't easy. We stopped . . .
