A heartbreaking week with the loss of former lawmaker and longtime lobbyist Bill Brady. It's worth noting that Bill was one of our few readers who met Mrs. SSJ at a concert we attended last year at Liberty Hall in Lawrence. We happened to run across Bill as Mrs. SSJ and I were leaving the event. We send our condolences to Bill's family and his many friends at the Capitol who were heartbroken by his death. He was the third lobbyist the statehouse has lost within the last year, in addition to SSJ
