Good morning everyone:

Well, it's the start of the NFL season today, which signals that crisp fall temperatures may soon be around the corner.

Last week was short, which only makes it harder to find material to fill up our weekly wrapup, which is generally the most read item regardless of what else seems to happen. And yes, despite what many think, Sunday is not a bad place to be for coverage (and we know there are folks out there who don't like being "Sundayed").

Nevertheless, it's always nice to have a holiday, but there always seems . . .
