House Speaker Ron Ryckman Jr. on Wednesday blessed more than two dozen bills that will remain in the mix when the Legislature returns from the turnaround break next week.
The House started Wednesday with 46 bills below the line, putting them at risk of dying without the OK of the speaker. The House returns for pro forma session on Thursday when more bills might be blessed.
Among those getting the speaker's blessing so far were a bill that would strip the secretary of state of prosecutorial . . .
