A second poll in less than a month shows that Gov. Laura Kelly's approval rating among Kansas adults is hovering under 40% with younger voters offering no opinion about the governor and potentially weighing down her approval ratings.
Fort Hays State's Docking Institute of Public Affairs released a poll Tuesday showing that about 38% of all adults surveyed were satisfied with Kelly's performance.
About 33% were dissatisfied and about 29% were neutral or didn't know.
