Republican Secretary of State Scott Schwab on Tuesday morning rolled out his first ad in the Kansas governor's race, poking fun at his own bald head while touting his "BALD" property tax plan.
Schwab has booked or spent about $380,000 on his new broadcast campaign, including about $190,000 in Kansas City, about $125,800 in the Wichita/Hutchinson market, about $73,000 in Topeka and about $1,200 in the Pittsburg/Joplin market, according to the national ad tracking firm, AdImpact.
