A business development strategist who survived domestic violence has filed to run for the House seat that will come open with state Rep. Mike Dodson's decision not to seek reelection.
Angel Roeser of Manhattan has filed to run for the 67th District House seat less than a week after Dodson said he would not seek a third term in the Kansas House.
