Pollock leaves governor’s office

Haley Pollock has left her position as policy director in the governor's office.

A spokesman for the governor said Pollock's departure date was June 14.

He declined to comment further because it was a personnel matter. He said the policy director position won't be filled. It has been eliminated.

Pollock had previously worked in the House minority leader’s office for seven years, followed by two years as director of communications and outreach at Kansas Action for Children.

Pollock helped coordinate statewide outreach for the Rise Up Kansas campaign in 2017.
