Planned Parenthood is looking at expanding its services in Wyandotte County with a new clinic.
The organization, which already has offices in Overland Park and Wichita, is exploring multiple locations for a new clinic in Kansas City, Kan.
"We plan on providing the full spectrum of care at this facility," Planned Parenthood lobbyist Rachel Sweet told lawmakers last week.
Sweet told legislators that Planned Parenthood Great Plains has four clinics in Missouri, three in the Kansas City area and one in Columbia.
