Night moves: What happened at the Capitol overnight


Oh, what a night. The Senate met into the early hours of Thursday morning and we didn't leave the Capitol until shortly before 4 a.m. Here is our recap of major legislation that moved in the House and Senate on Wednesday into early Thursday morning
