Here's the newest version of a draft bill that lawmakers will consider later today for incentives to bring the Chiefs and Royals to Kansas.
The bill was circulated to lawmakers over the weekend as they prepare to meet in a special session Tuesday to consider the incentives and a separate bill cutting taxes.
One significant change made in the bill relates to how much of the stadium costs will be covered by so-called sales tax revenue, or STAR, bonds.
