Peck claims win after recount yields no changes

Former state Rep. Virgil Peck held onto to his lead to win the race for Senate District 15 after election officials wrapped up a recount in Neosho County on Monday.

Peck won the primary campaign despite losing in two of the three southeastern Kansas counties that make up the 15th Senate District.
