Miller set to leave Senate, run for old House seat

State Sen. Vic Miller is planning to leave the Senate and run again for his old House seat.

Miller has filed to run in House District 58, a seat now held by state Rep. Freda Warfield.

Warfield was appointed to represent the House district after Miller was picked to fill the Senate seat that came open when Laura Kelly was elected governor.

Miller represented Senate District 18 for the last two legislative sessions. He most recently represented House District 58 during the 2017 and 2018 sessions.
