A bill easing restrictions on alcohol sales and short-term rentals during the World Cup tournament that will be played this summer in Kansas City is headed to the governor.
The House on Thursday voted 86-39 to approve a conference committee report that will allow alcohol sales 23 hours a day from 6 a.m. to 5 a.m.
The Senate on Wednesday voted 23-17
