Gov. Laura Kelly's team agreed to a review of her emergency directives as part of a deal reached with legislative leaders during the session, court records suggest.
The Legislative Coordinating Council says the governor agreed to let the panel review, and potentially revoke, her executive orders as a compromise to pass a resolution extending her emergency declaration until May 1, according to a filing with the state Supreme Court.
