Kris Kobach voting rights trial over (sort of)

Kris Kobach

The trial over Kansas proof-of-citizenship requirements is now over, except…

Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who crafted the citizenship requirements, will be back in court Tuesday for a contempt hearing. We’ll see how that goes.

Anywho….here’s the last the roundup of news from events at the trial.

We’ll start if off with the KC Star’s Bryan Lowry and his recounting of today’s events.

And an interesting blog post from Bryan explaining how Brownback’s 2014 campaign worked its way into the Kobach trial.

The Associated Press reports that a Kobach pollster said he just found one in 500 adults who couldn’t provide a document proving they were citizen.

From the Cap-Journal: ACLU says Kobach’s voter fraud story isn’t real.

And this report on the trial from KSHB.
