Secretary of State Kris Kobach, who crafted the citizenship requirements, will be back in court Tuesday for a contempt hearing. We’ll see how that goes.

The Associated Press reports that a Kobach pollster said he just found one in 500 adults who couldn’t provide a document proving they were citizen.
