Republican Attorney General Kris Kobach has decided against going to court - at least for now - to challenge the governor's line item veto of the education budget that Republican leaders thought was out of bounds.
"The attorney general's office has decided not to take any action on the SB 113 line-item veto at this time," Kobach's spokesperson Danedri Herbert said in an email.
