Just how far can Kansas go to regulate voting?
Kansas Supreme Court justices grappled with that question Friday as they considered two election laws that a lower court found violated the right to vote.
At issue were laws limiting how many ballots can be delivered by a third party to an election office and imposed new signature requirements for advanced mail ballots.
