Kobach, Republican Kansas congressmen urge SCOTUS not to stay abortion pill ruling


Republican Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach along with four Republican members of the state's congressional delegation are urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reject a request to block a lower-court order restricting use of the abortion drug mifepristone.

U.S. Rep. Sharice Davids - the lone Democrat in the Kansas congressional delegation - joined a brief last week asking for a delay of the Texas court order.

Kobach signed onto a brief with 20 other states asking the court to deny a stay of a federal . . .
