Gov. Laura Kelly late Wednesday vetoed 15 bills on the eve of the Legislature returning for three days - maybe less - to override her. She's now vetoed 27 bills and signed 75 and allowed one to become law without her signature. Here's a roundup of today's action with the governor's veto message on each one.
