Gov. Laura Kelly on Thursday delayed parts of her plan to reopen the state's economy, saying the daily spread of the coronavirus hasn't been sufficiently contained.
The governor's plan had called for moving to a second phase no earlier than May 18.
But with some lingering concerns about the health data, Kelly is delaying some parts of her reopening plan by a couple weeks.
