Gov. Laura Kelly's approval rating sagged a little as she entered her second year leading the state, a new poll out shows.
Morning Consult released its approval ratings for the nation’s governors Thursday night and Kelly had fallen two percentage points to 50% at the end of the fourth quarter.
Kelly had been steadily climbing in recent months, from 43% in the first quarter of last year to 52% in the third quarter.
