Gov. Laura Kelly announced new roles for her office staff Friday with several changes as she starts her second term.
Ethan Belshe, who was director of public affairs for the recovery office, will now serve the administration as senior adviser for federal and state affairs.
Josh McGinn will serve as director of policy, and Melissa King will serve as director of appointments.
Belshe started working for the Kelly administration in 2019 as a legislative liaison.
He also has served as the manager of government relations . . .
