The Kansas lawsuit challenging the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for large private employers will remain at the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals after all of the other similar lawsuits were consolidated there.
On Tuesday, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation selected the 6th Circuit to hear the case after holding a Powerball-like drawing to decide which of the country's 12 regional circuits would be assigned the case.
There have been nearly three dozen lawsuits filed . . .
