Kansas trial lawyers are raising more money than at any time in at least a decade as they target legislative races in Wichita and Johnson County.
The KTLA Consumer/Civil Justice PAC started running digital ads over the weekend in Senate District 11 against Republican state Rep. Kellie Warren and in Senate District 30 against Republican state Rep. Renee Erickson.
The PAC also is running ads supporting Democratic state Rep. Tim Hodge - a lawyer - in House District 72.
The amount and scope of the PAC's spending in the general election is impossible to know for sure until it files . . .
