UPDATED: Kansas House approves new transparency rules


The Kansas House on Wednesday approved a set of new rules intended to give the public more ability to track bills as they move through the legislative process.

The chamber voted 104-15 to approve a package of rules to provide more transparency about who is introducing legislation and to track so-called gut-and-go bills, where the contents of legislation . . .
