House Majority Leader Chris Croft, in line to potentially be speaker of the Kansas House, is drawing a Democratic opponent for the third consecutive election.
Megan Phillips, a licensed clinical psychologist and behavioral health executive of Overland Park, is lining up to run against Croft in House District 8.
