The Kansas House on Thursday approved a bill intended to weed out noncitizens from voting by requiring the secretary of state to match names on voter rolls with a list of noncitizens who have driver’s licenses.
The House voted 83-34 for a bill that calls for the division of motor vehicles each quarter to relay a list of all permanent and temporary driver’s licenses issued to noncitizens to the secretary of state to determine . . .
