Hamilton deadline for deciding on U.S. Senate race comes and goes

When Pastor Adam Hamilton announced in late February that he was considering a run for the U.S. Senate, he laid out a deadline for deciding whether he should challenge incumbent Roger Marshall.

In his weekly letter to parishioners at the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood on Feb. 27, Hamilton said he planned to take five days over four weeks to drive across the state listening to Kansans.

He said he planned to make a decision 10 days after Easter, which would have been Wednesday.
