Gov. Laura Kelly rejected an undisclosed settlement in a lawsuit over whether state government should cover revenue losses suffered by a Sedgwick County gym amid the economic shutdown during the pandemic.
The attorney general's office brought a settlement agreement to the State Finance Council to consider in a 2020 case brought by Omega Bootcamps and its owner, Ryan Floyd.
