Gov. Laura Kelly on Tuesday was diagnosed with COVID-19, moving back her annual State of the State address by a week.
The governor's office said that Kelly, 72, is fully vaccinated and is experiencing minor symptoms. Tuesday was the first day she had suffered symptoms.
