‘Entrepreneurial evangelist’ accused of misusing campaign funds

Patrick Kucera, who ran for Kansas governor in 2018 calling himself the "entrepreneurial evangelist," is facing ethics charges that he paid himself more than $10,000 for personal use out of his campaign account.

The state ethics commission this week found that there was probable cause to move forward with three counts of ethics violations against Kucera, who called himself "PK" and drove across the state in a bus during the 2018 campaign.

Kucera finished fifth in a seven-candidate field in the 2018 Republican primary for governor . . .
